Putting objects in a shelf?

Awhile back I downloaded a bath and bodys works pack and it came with this shelf that i'm suppose to be able to put items in it but I've never ben able to figure out how to so I was wondering if anyone would know if there is any to put items in a shef like this?

    Hello! I don’t have this cc pack but I did a small research and this is what the cc creator says

    one-billion-pixels said:
    The deco shelves don't have any slot on them except for single self.
    To put these clutters on the shelves or other surfaces you can use cheat bb.moveobjects on then press 0 and 9 to move up and down. Press Alt to move anywhere outside the grid.

    If you downloaded the shelf from a CC pack it might not work properly like a base game pack. You could always turn moveobjects on and then use "9" and "0" to put it at the right height for the shelf
