I have done this and it works really well. I struggled to find the right bits in build mode as I wanted a sort of roadside craft shop, but I cobbled something together - I have got a tent, a small toilet block and the camping shower. I have since added a barbeque and picnic table. I have also grown plants on the lot and sell the plants.
Doesn't earn piles of cash, but makes a nice profit.
I have another setup with a painter that built a gallery up in a similar fashion. That makes lots and lots of money!
