Another question: what's the difference between shared space and unassigned space/rooms?
And how does the renting (and paying taxes for the rental units) go with the billing system? Do the bills get lower when you rent out units (especially when they contain expensive furniture)? In case you didn't have the "I never get paid rent" bug, is renting profitable at all (regarding the taxes and potential impact on bills)?
And what's the point of the heater and electrical unit? I understand that they are not a requirement, but why would I put it into my build (unless I just want more objects to fix)?
