Can ghosts have families? Get pregnant and have an after life family?

Ghost Babies?
No Ghost babies, but you could always:
• Adopt.
• Have a Science Baby using only a living partner's DNA, if you have a living partner.
• Wish for a Child via the Romantic Garden Wishing Well.
And with this Pack/BG update:
• Become Guardian(s), and maybe Adoptive Parent(s), of a friend or relative's dependant children via their Will (or Household Manager in BG).That's a downer. Thank you for replying :)
