I saw it in videos
the third to last activity, animal- once hovered over it says visit to animal shelter and you need cats and dogs
Animals are mentioned in the tooltip. Animal Shelters are not. The YouTuber might have talked about Animal Shelters, but that's a mod feature, not in the game.
Here are all the activities that require additional packs and their tool tips:
(note - Sing doesn't say it requires other packs, but there are no singing interactions in BG & LS combined other than serenading sims or singing nursery rhymes with infants/toddlers (I forget). You can sing with a guitar at campfires with OR, sing holiday songs with S and sing many ways with CL)
