Question about City Living lot traits
How destructive/useful/active are some of these traits? I'm still working on a Penthouse and I just got this expansion yesterday. I added haunted just for fun, how active is this and is it destruct...

Most of them do nothing but change your Sims emotion, or boost certain skills. Haunted summons random ghosts from the world to your lot at night. Cursed causes objects to break more frequently. Gremlins similarly breaks objects, gnomes fix them.
