So, for planning purposeses I have some questions...for those who own R&L.
If there is a queen/king, do they rule over the whole world or just the neighborhood they live in?
If I make a royal family in a world that does not have one, will they automatically become the ruler and will the game generate royal rivals if there are none?
Can you even make a royal family in cas or do they only get titles through the career?
Royals rule per world (Oasis Springs, etc.).
The highest ranking royal in that world is the leader that can make edicts. The game does not generate royals at all, it is a career.
No you can't make royals in CAS. It is a career, and you can't assign a career in CAS. Dynasties aren't a career, but you have to make them while in live mode too.

I thought as much about it being tied to the career only, but wasnt sure.
That is good news about ruling the whole world! I was worried it would only be neighborhoods. Ravenwood needs a ruler!
