Question about new update "Gender Preference"???

In the new patch, in the patch notes there's a note that says "Gender Preference now affects flirt options". Was there a new gender preference feature added? Was there one the whole time? I'm so confu...

Reported, and he can delete it. He simply needs to select all, delete the mean comments and then write deleted (or better yet, I'm sorry) in the box instead and repost.
