Question about skin patch, also unnatural colors?

I am hoping they will at least improve on the unnatural/occult skintones that are already in game (basegame AND packs), I do not expect new ones though, as they seem to focus more on accurate representation of realistic skintones, the way I understand it.

Also hoping that haircolors will be next, they did state that this is just the beginning and we do need more and better haircolors just as badly imho.
