Question about Weight Loss

Hello, Simmers. I've a question if anybody can help. Much appreciation to any answers. Okay... I know Child through Elder the fastest way to slim down is the "Taste of Diet" Ice Cream. But, for toddlers that just makes them angry from a sugar rush ... So, my question is. Is there a way for a toddler to slim down a little without CAS Full Edit mode? o:) - Thanks in advance, and happy Simming!

  • Not sure but prevent toddlers from getting overweight by only feeding them toddler food. If they eat anything else they get bigger portions. I usually get overweight toddlers if I do feed them any other foood that is not toddler
  • Thank you for your reply, and yes... I have noticed that as well and ultimately started feeding them only toddler food. My problem with them isn't keeping their weight where it is, but more towards from when they age up from a baby into the toddler stage. I've had 1 or 2 toddlers turn out really thin and some turn out a little plump, kind of like the Pillsbury Doughboy. But, the dreaded Marshmallow Man from Ghostbusters is the bunch I get the most when aging from a baby. Though, the Pillsbury look isn't all that bad, imho. The toddlers like this are actually kind of cute... not creepily skinny, or... horror film thick either. It's just a dread when they age into toddlers looking like marshmallows, and they only thing I've figured out how to do is balance their weight to keep it current or raise it. But, no way to actually lower it without going into CAS.FullEdit, but... alas that is indeed an option. I was just curious if it could be done without cheating... naturally.

Though... honestly - That "Taste of Diet" Ice Cream works so well in later life stages, that might as well be considered a cheat method. :D
  • I have never used the "taste of diet" ice cream. That is very interesting. My sims eat salads and go to the gym :D I don't think toddlers can lose weight. You can keep them from gaining though, but not losing.

Oh, yes. "Taste of Diet" is by far the fastest method of losing weight in The Sims 4. Whip up a batch of it, I top it with nuts and garnish with mint leaves to keep it healthy . If your Sim is at maximum weight, 5 to 6 bowls/cones and they'll be at maximum thinness. If you want to add a little weight to a Sim quick and easily. "Weight of the World" Ice Cream. Same thing as "Taste of Diet" but has the exact opposite reaction. Mind you, you don't freeze to death in the process. That was a close call on my behalf. ?
