If you have things like custom sliders, they'll get packaged with the sims. I have a folder with my height slider + visible leftie trait that I remove when I want to upload sims to the gallery.
Check with the tray importer what's causing the issue.
I don't use sliders. I don't know about tray importer, I'll check it out.
