Question for anyone who plays a home in Brindleton Bay

Do you get ANY visitors? I really like the way it looks and such, and the secluded feel is nice...to a point. But I'm playing on the tiny little 20x20 lot that sits on the eastern coast in Cavalier Co...

It's curious; I don't even know how the game generates people in the areas. I was able to figure it out in Oasis Springs, for example, and could tweak it back and forth so I'd have a visitor every couple of hours if I wanted. But no files I can find for Brindleton.
