Question on costume chest

How do you get Sim B to change between different flirty outfits while doing the seduction dance like in the reveal trailer?

Also will they automously woohoo afterwards?

    In all likelihood they cut between several takes of the dance.

    They may autonomously WooHoo if their Romance level is high enough and no one else is around.
