Question....what are ways to transfer or get NPC's money, I know one way, but are there better ways?

@AlienTusks if I remember right there should be an option to gift money under the "friendly" category. You won't be able to gift much, think limit is 1,000 but not sure. I've used it to gift my gardener a few times. Of course you need to at least meet the sim you want to do this with ?.
