QUESTION: Windenburg Bluffs

Question

I've always left the bluffs alone and never did anything with them.

But, I'd actually like to put a different lot there but I want to keep it as "The Bluffs" lot type so my sims still get invites to it.

Is that possible or will it become a regular lot if I place a different build on it?

What I'd love to do is to place a "lake" on it preferable one that sims can swim and fish in (not really digging the look of pool) and have some tents around it for camping maybe some horseshoes or outdoor movies and other fun activities, but like I said I still want to get the invites to it so before I change anything I wanted to ask advice.

You can do all this. The Bluffs cannot get changed to a different lot type, but you can build anything you want with bb.enablefreebuild. (Or even without the cheat? I don't remember rn.)
Note that the actual buildable area extends only a couple of tiles around the pool, most of the area is community ground. This is also the reason why editing the lot won't break parties and invites - the party objects appear in the area that isn't editable.

You just made my night! I'm in the process of making a base save template and slowly going in to place the different lots and styles that I find appealing to those areas plus lots that have actual activities and things I can force my sims to go do (they are very hermit-ish right now and like to stay home, but that's about to change!)
