Quick Question How Come My Funiture In My House Keeps Disappearing?

Sounds like someone visiting has the klepto trait. If you have had anyone in your home with that trait they will steal stuff.

I would advice to repair you game and if I't still does try another

This might not be the case but I about flipped out when I changed some green grass to the new green carpeting. Things disappeared and I exited without saving. Then later I went in to test. The game was moving my stuff to household inventory because I was replacing grass with flooring.

I have an issue with things disappearing. I was hoping this thread was talking about it. I'll post anyways if someone else has the problem. My sim keeps stealing her own stuff. I get an announcement that she successfully swiped this or that and she is not a klepto and the stuff doesn't appear in her inventory or the family bin. She stole her dumpster TV and now she doesn't have any fun, lol.

I'm having this happen as well. In my case, it's my sim with the "Recycle Disciple" trait doing it. She gets a tense moodlet when she doesn't recycle for a day or so, and then will randomly swipe something from the house and recycle it. It behaves exactly like the klepto trait, with the only difference being the fact that she's recycling the items. I do get a popup that says she 'successfully swiped an item without being caught' (or something along those lines), and she gains mischief skill from doing it.

I just had this happen in my game, too. Is Penny Pizazz (or whatever her last name is ) from San MyShuno a klepto? I'm playing a family in Sulani and when she came to visit (alone) she dropped a can of "de-stresser" on the floor by the door. Out of curiosity, I had my Sim drink it and all of a sudden the entire dining set (table and chairs and stuff on the table) disappeared. Gone. Not in inventory. The next night, a bunch of islanders came over for that "you need some extra food" social event (I don't think Penny was in the group, but she does hang around the house a lot for some reason), and when they left I scrolled back to my house to find two counters, a bar stool, a sink, chess table with 2 chairs, and the (infamous) pet food dish at the auto-feeder had disappeared! Did the visitors actually steal all this stuff? I thought it was a weird glitch with Penny the first time, but now I'm wondering what else is going to start disappearing and if it's really because of the visitors or not. I don't use any mods or CC in my game. I've experienced the disappearing pet food dish in past games, but it hasn't happened in a while. I switched families and came back and the stuff is still gone.
