Yeah but the fantasy is country life, not necessarily farming. I grew up in the country surrounded by farms but my family never did any of that, however I still feel like a country girl due to other elements of our life. Of course we had modern luxuries though! Oh again, I am not arguing against you, I am just being annoyed at the illusion / delusion a lot of people have IRL about country life.
That’s fair, I have found some Non country people a bit shocked by the reality of country living haha
