Random Sims as Father Winter?

You may want to just not play Clement Frost, though you can put him in a home to keep him from being deleted/culled out if you get near your limit of sims. That adds him to your 'households' and 'protects' him. You can also 'favorite' him. I read somewhere a recommendation of doing that with your employees - just put them all in the same home - for that purpose. Perhaps that could apply to not 'playing' Clement Frost (as in going into the gallery/households and playing him)? Perhaps it changes his character?

In one of my new saves, Clement Frost was the landlord in San Myshuno, because it seems that the first NPC Sim in your world gets picked for that role. Then, I deleted the save and started again. In the next save, I saved Clement to my library, deleted him and created my own Sim to become the landlord in SM. It worked and I continued to delete NPCs and I placed Clement back into the world, but the game keeps generating random Sims to be Father Winter at Winterfest and it's really annoying. I even went as far as to change the random Father Winter to look exactly like Clement, but when I went back to the household I played, the game decided to delete him. I want to have a Father Winter's baby and I don't know if the random Father Winters would count as the "real" Father Winter and I want Clement Frost as my Father Winter.

Try to download Father Winter from the gallery and give him a heart in manage worlds so he won't be culled.

I think if you start a new game, Clement Frost loses his role as Father Winter, no matter what you do and if you have an old saved game, he will show up at Winterfest without any problems, but I'm not sure. I'm going to try different things and see if I can come up with a solution.

Ok, guys...I managed to get Clement Frost as Father Winter...at least for now. I moved my mods folder to my desktop so MCCC won't mess him up. Then, I started a new game with the Sim I intended to have his baby. I just moved her into a house in Brindleton Bay and waited for Winterfest. When it was time for Father Winter to show up, it actually was Clement Frost and he successfully impregnated her! I advise everyone to not edit Father Winter in CAS from the Household Management screen (this is the mistake I made the previous times; I changed his name and clothes) This seems to mess him up. Do not move him into a home and if you don't want to remove your mods, just disable homeless sims from moving into empty homes. Also, don't play anyone living in an apartment in San Myshuno before Winterfest, because he will become the landlord and lose his career as Father Winter. I'm going to risk adding my mods again and I'm simply going to flag Clement's career to freeze in MCCC.

I sort of wish Father Winter was just one sim. For some reason the original FW (Clement Frost) is replaced after the first winter fest with a randomly generated one. Also I end up seeing Clement Frost out and about after meeting him which is a bit strange, for example I end up seeing him at Bars etc.
