I always recommend that if you have doubts about buying a game, dlc or whatever, then you should wait before buying it. Even if you will end up buying it later, you will end up playing or doing something else. And often you will realize that the reason why you wanted to buy the thing in the first place was not really because it was something you wanted, but because it was something new or because you had hoped for something more.
And that is a healthy mindset because you will start to see things from a different perspective.
I think there are people that will buy this pack because they can do things that they like, and that is fine.
But I hope that the people who wants to buy it just because it is something new or was hoping for more will reconsider. And judging from the comments from the trailer, that could be a lot of people this time.
