I give it a 7 maybe 7.5. I enjoy the game but it's lacking.
For me it's missing buildtools (different stairs, separate foundations to name the biggest and desperatly needed ones), sim personalities are lacking, better reactions, beach world were you can build over the water, hobbies (like seriously, need more things to do) and while were at it careers.
Make the pointless friendship texts stop, make the reaction to a sim death be based on their relationship/family status.
All of those would make the game 9/10 for me.
Then add farming, off the grid options, make the illnesses matter, make the hospital/policestation actually functional lots that matter to every sim not just when your doing the career (or giving birth). Give me the option to make vacation worlds homeworlds and vice versa, i would make granite falls a home world in a heartbeat!
After all that it would be 10/10 for me :D
