AI routing - lazy/unprioritized implementation?

Does anyone else feel like its like that? Seems like nobody bother to implement actual AI routing collision, where Sims just phase and clip through one another. Or didn't have enough production time, ...

The routing in Sims 4 is game engine controlled from what was said of that game engine. Sims supposively will never get true route failure and if you have gotten route failure usually it is because of MOO placed content or so it has been said.

I have never once had route failure in Sims 4 to challenge that and don't use MOO ever.
