My Sim, Vincent Larimore, 940 days old Father Winter, has so many skills at level 10 that I gave him a new home & business lot. He loves to exercise, so I gave him a gym. He's obsessed with lectures, since he knows so much.

But in just a few days 2 customers have died.

He would be a special sim in your game, with you having had him through many generations of the family for a long time. They are great photos of him enjoying lecturing using the whiteboard.
