React in disgust

I hate this Sims CONSTANTLY walk around and react to my Sim because of his maxed our reputation. I get that I'm good, who cares. StOp ReAcTiNg!!!!
Sims can't get anything done and cancel actions and social activity to react. Even Sims in my own household. I cannot find a way to get MCCC to stop it via the tuner to stop annoying autonomy. And I cannot find a mod to stop it either.
