It's nice to see them explain some choices they did, it's interesting to look at some of these answers now in 2020...
Cars
I don't see a lot of issues with what he is saying... The clipping issue is already there, cars just go straight through sims on the road... if cars will be added to the game they will probably just spawn on the lot anyway...
Horses
I understand this one, sharp turning and horses clipping through sims because they use the same routes is pretty much what we are seeing with bikes... A pity that they have not really solved that issue. Is it that hard to add additional routes and add more slower turning for horses?
Babies
Well...they solved this issue with the pets, sims can carry cats without it looking weird and they are not holstering them. No reason for them to not make sims be able to carry babies then.
Apartments
Okay.. I guess that's a reason, apartments seem to be pretty difficult to make in the sims4 so maybe they do have to make them as separate cells...
Teen height
I really don't agree here, you have so few animations where sims touch each other anyway, I don't think there would have been a lot of animations you would have needed to update for teens with shorter height.
