for those of us who cannot get the event to work in any capacity, will there be compensation rewards? Or do we just miss out because of an EA issue? releasing such a buggy event is irresponsible, and insulting to the players. I've been playing sims 4 since 2018, bought every expansion, pack, kit, etc., I've never had more trouble than I have in the past 6 months. The players should not suffer because of EA's errors.
I have been playing for that long also and last month has been unbelievable. It's like there is a new bug/glitch daily now and I've never had any significant problems before. And the lack of response from EA is very telling.
