Get an Easel and paint paint paint, take an inspirational shower beforehand...money is so easy to be made this way, Sims skill up quickly and paintings sell for so much as your skills improves(have audio nearby and listen to classical while painting, also Abstract and Classic paintings tend to sell for the most)
