I am not a person of color, therefore I can’t sit here and say everything’s fine and dandy when most poc I know who play are tired of having to install CC or make do with ashy skin tones and bad hair. It’s true, darker skin tones are just so bad I don’t even use them, nearly none of the makeup looks good on them, it’s pretty crazy honestly that people have had to beg and make this big of a stink to get the devs attention, pretty sure people have been bringing this up since base game now. I also own every pack and can agree with a previous poster that the options for POC hair are pretty limited and asking for them is perfectly valid and I’m glad people are.
There’s a lot of ridiculous stuff on these forums people complain about and ask for, A lot of really weird arguments, but asking for better cultural representation, skin tones that look decent, and more accurate hairstyles in a game that is supposed to be a representation of life is by far one of the most important imho. Everyone’s deserves to be able to make a Sim who looks like them without jumping through hoops.
