Release time for High School Years?

So, I’ve just noticed that the high school pack won’t release at midnight as usual (CEST time). At least it says 19.00 CEST in origin. Does anyone know why? Such a huge bummer, been looking forwa...

I think so. Because the release CEST time is 19.00. One hour after UK-time
