Removing babies from Genealogy

Doesn’t seem like it.. if you had a back up save, even if the Sim was pregnant you could use a cheat to remove the pregnancy. If the child was living you could use the MCCC mod to have it adopted into another family (if you get it taken away), not sure if it removes it from the family tree, someone else might be able to confirm that.
Edit: after some testing I found that you can remove a toddler or older from the family tree with MCCC. Not sure if it will work for you if you can’t age up the baby in yours if it’s somehow deceased.
That's the issue, it's a baby and it's dead so welp, but I'll your first suggestion and see if it helps.
