Removing fame

If a sim has Notable Newcomer (decreased it down to that but it will not let me decrease further) and they have the Celebrity Aspiration, how can you remove notable newcomer so they have 0 fame? My si...

The cleanse did work, however he now acts like he doesn't like her lol, so I readded his fame, on to find next one lol
