Removing Plant Sim buff

Or, if you don't want to wipe out your sim's mood, you could select him and use 'sims.remove_buff buff_PlantSims_MainBuff_Visible' (with testing cheats on of course)

sims.remove_all_buffs while you have the *cough* "PlantSim" selected.

@Hadron1776 still don't get why they had to make it a buff, but then again PlantSims as a whole are poorly implemented. Thanks for the extended cheat though ! :smile:

It's linked to a timer commodity, which is how the game knows to clear the plantsim trait after 5 days.

If you want better PlantSims I recommend these mods:

• PlantSims - No Change Appearance (by cool1_sims, I think he's on hiatus, but this mod still works) - You can customise their look (skin, hair, all the things) in CAS.
  
• PlantSim Forever (by Simonch8) - Removes the moodlet timer making it permanent unless removed with cheats, so no more forbidden fruits are needed once you turn.
  
• PlantSim Interactions (by Triplis) - Adds new interactions like Poison Kiss (knocks sims out) and Absorb Water (good for those pesky outdoor puddles).
  
• Trait Inheritance (by Klingon Dragon) - Allows PlantSim babies to be born to PlantSim parents.
  

Plus there is quite a bit of TS2/3 to 4 conversions and original CC for PlantSim customisation.

this helped loads thanks,I was so annoyed that I made my sim a plant.It was so stupid of me.

Hang on, are plantsims in 4 stuck as plantsims?! I thought it was temporary.
