Same here. I stopped using wall shelves and tall half walls too. Too much of a hassle. Last time I played my sims were leaving plates on the surface item that came with seasons the one that has the sweater hanging on it with shoes in it. They wouldn't even go in the kitchen theyd leave the plate or cup on top of it. Utterly ridiculous.
