Repetition and Irritation: A reflection on some of TS4's more obnoxious bits

@Noree_Doree I'm admittedly pretty close to a breaking point because this issue has plagued me since my earliest builds...three years ago. I like putting decorations on things. I don't want my Sims to do it. I also had this issue with the lump of clay, which was my favorite thing ever when I first started playing...until it too was lost to the walls and I actually forgot it was an object in the game for years.
