Replace Mei Prescott, Agnes Crumplebottom and Father winter

I have a lot of issues with the Highschool Years pack in general, it's just a little frustrating. The gameplay at school just isn't fun at all, and the principal just doesn't have the right vibe. Father Winter on the other hand isn't too bad, but when I have kids with him in the occult baby challenge, they get that special trait called 'Father Winters Baby' and they get special traits, but the trait barely does anything! I would really like to have a little more gameplay there. One of my favorite things about the Sulani Island Elementals is when you have a kid with them they have the "Sulani Mana" trait, and they can assist with plants and make firebombs! Give you, I don't think Father Winter's baby needs firebombs, but still, a little extra fun would be a nice addition.
