It's not that big of a boost. Really, all each does is make it so that you might have 3 minutes of real-world time to spend at a campus event. You're still going to have a hard time getting a social life if you max out your courses -- boosts or not. - alan6506 years agoSeasoned Ace

It definitely helps with juggling multiple sims doing university at once for sure! - alan6506 years agoSeasoned Ace

Completely agreed. After I get my set of triplets fully graduated, I am only going to do one sim at a time in future university degrees! It's crazy how you literally have no time for anything else if you give a full courseload to 3 sims in one household. haha - OEII10016 years agoSeasoned Ace

Getting A's is hard. My sim got in on an athletic scholarship, but I had to pull him off the soccer team as it was just two hours that he didn't have in the day. - alan6506 years agoSeasoned Ace

I've somehow managed to get As here and there. However, not going to lie, I ever so often use the max needs cheat! I've also been stalking up constantly on various needs potions!! - OEII10016 years agoSeasoned Ace

University will be significantly easier with a vampire or spellcaster who don't need to sleep. - I wonder if the Wizard perks stack with this... or if they influence how fast you can research skills on that new research machine. I mean this one:
"Knowledge Is Magic – Sim reads and does computer research at a faster rate. These interactions also provide Magical experience over time." "alan650111;d-969042" wrote:
Just wanted to share the tip that the new Research and Debate skill is a godsend for any student in university! At level 3 they unlock the ability to do their homework faster! If you stack this with the new "Study Spot" lot trait you can zoom through their homework even more. This helped me get so much more accomplished! :)
At what age did you start that skill? And what activities increase it?
