Researching emotions

I think this interaction is only available to actors and only when they have the task to do it.

When I saw someone needing to research anger - they had to get themselves angry and perform angry interactions..
I don't know if this is what you mean?

But as @Cupid said, as you advance I would assume that those things would be easier accessible by interactions - but don't quote me :wink:

My actress sim had to do mean interactions with a another sim, I chose Don lol, and become angry herself, then continue to do mean actions while she was angry. then she asked forgiveness because I may want him later as a daddy. she had to do the same with another sim to get flirty, I put the flirty trait on a coffee shop, which helped a lot. they both got flirty fairly quickly with not much in the green bar. But his going to marry his room mate later on.

I'm also having trouble with this. I've made a Sims relationship bar completely red and my sim still won't get angry. Non of the cheats are working to make her angry either. Any suggestions?

Your sim has to be angry when doing the angry actions. If you're an actor, you can select your sim and click the 'research and it will give you a moodlet related to that.
