Reset Sim Skills

I downloaded a sim from the gallery to play with in a new game, but the problem I have is that he came with all his skills maxed out, and I don't want this. Is there a way to reset his skills back to 0 or 1 in game? I don't want to have to download a mod or anything to reset them.

You can use a cheat (press CTRL-C on your keyboard) to set skills to 1-10 - have a look at this page:

Just so know, at first if you set the skill to 0 it will not do anything. You have to save and exit to main menu and re-open the save :)

Also, you can use the create twin option in CAS, this will give you a completely blank sim to start with, no skills, hidden traits etc.
