Restaurant Kitchen

Question

this may be an obvious answer but I have not tested it cause I always have always run my restaurants with two chef stations.  But I have a sim who wants to open a restaurant but a smaller one.   Will one chef station slow down how fast the food comes out compared to two?    Again I know it seems like an obvious answer but its The Sims and you can never assume logic.

One chef station could run OK with 2-3 tables if the chef works. But sometimes sims will take breaks if they are tired so two chef stations aren't just to get faster service but also to make sure you do get service.

I do have restaurants with only one kitchen stations and they work fine. But compared to two kitchen stations, one will always be slower.
