promised rewards in store are not in my store... anyone no how to twitter guru's need to know.

I do but I want promised traits. lol and I want that house they showed too. I remember supernatural on sims 3, so many ppl wanted that house, that guru finally downloaded it to, I forgot what that was called was really cool of the guy. but they need to know. and I dont think its the forums, I think its ppl tweeting them that gets things done.
