still hope that robots can be displayed

I am not into Robots never use them I would prefer a Teaching career I hope there is one.

That's a radio that can hover. The trailer showed musical notes coming out of them. Note I'm talking about the small one on the red table to the right.

@catloverplayer I think that is a base game toy. I have it in some of my builds kids rooms.

I thought you were talking about the one on the floor near the red table.

I've never been a big fan of robots in past versions but these look quite appealing.

My rotational save literally IS Detroit and I still have Android Zone stores ;) I love how there is such a big overlap between simmers and Detroit: BH players (at least it appears to be a large number), but sometimes I'm afraid I'm the only one who plays in a failed revolution AU.

My androids will probably consider the simpler robots pets. My avatar has a streaming drone named Ares that essentially functions as his pet. I gave the little one a cusom recolor and am weirdly attached to it (the mimic does it, I suppose). Will love the new robots, too!

@kalaksed I'm in a somewhat similar situation, since I'm not a fan of story progression. I run MCCC without the pregnancy module for that reason. When the time comes to temporarily reinstall the mod, you should be fine with just the main module and script and the MCDresser module. None of the other files is needed for the swapping out feature.

One thing I didn't get is robot traits. On the stream they said robots come with their own traits, and that you can customize it. But are these traits specific to robots, like we had in Sims 3, or are they normal traits that any sim can have?
