@Missmagoo2 the notes are usually little slips of yellow paper left near the bed of a sim. When my sim lived in the Drake dorms these little passive-aggressive notes were being passed out a lot and you had like 24 sim hours to read em before they disappeared. It also gives you the option to confront the very sim leaving the notes. I stopped reading them after a while because they can put your sim in a really bad mood.
