Rotational play is so messed up

I don't know about that, personally. I just know that I can't have my Sim take his horses for training, since neither horse is a member of his household. I had him purchase the horses to house them on his brothers' Joey and Aaron, lot. They share a house together. So, I went into that household to have Joey take one of the horses for such training only to realize he no longer had a job. He was a physician, a surgeon, to be precise. So, I had him get a job and used MCCC to restore his level in the Doctor Track. Sheesh. He's got a degree and everything.

Hi @graventhe, for the job change, could it be that another one of your played sims encouraged them to pursue their dream job (through the social interaction)? That can cause them to change jobs even if neighborhood stories is turned off.

Were there any phone calls about getting engaged? I assume by "got engaged when they were already engaged" you mean engaged to someone else?

Have you looked in the household manager to confirm for sure that neighborhood stories is turned off for played families, and that none of your played families have an individual neighborhood stories configuration (blue arrows) ?

Hey @mightysprite well if it happened then definitely happened autonomously on their own, I never directed my played sims to encourage them to pursue their dream jobs but I don't remember my played sims did that autonomously

There was no phone calls about engagement because I was playing with other family for few days then came back to the main one and found the guy engaged to a girl when he's already engaged to someone I created and they living together so has two fiancée..

Not to mention they aged to elders too when I switched to them when they still had like 200 days to age up and I play on long and it was new save

I double checked on neighborhood stories on played sims and it was off for the two households I'm playing and off for all played too, unless the game randomly change played household stories individually?

I'm unaware but if so then it def one of few last updates it wasn't like that at all before

There's definitely something funny going on especially if the aging isn't observing your aging settings.
I'd suggest making a bug report on answers.ea.com, and maybe either someone else has a solution, or if not then answers.ea.com is where the EA team tracks bugs.

OP, do you have the pack Growing Together installed? It has had problems with milestones disappearing during rotational play,

This is a different problem, just wondering if it is a patch or a pack, or something completely different causing the problems.

Will try to remain offline and I haven’t downloaded the latest patch. Hope rotational play will get better.

Adding to @mightysprite's notes that it might be worth doing a game repair and full cache clearing. If this were a recent bug, I think there'd be an AHQ report by now. There are a LOT of rotational players.

Normally I despise asking this but do you have mods or cc? I play vanilla and have never heard of this unless the neighbourhood stories is switched on.

The engagement one sounds like MCCC. I've had sims get engaged to other sims by MCCC while still in a relationship with their partners.

No mods at all just few hair and clothes cc which are just CAS cc that doesn't have any effects on gameplay
