Rotational Players - How are you making out with the University Pack?

I haven't picked it up yet. My biggest concern is trying to get more than one sim into the dorm from different households. I am hoping there will be a mod that makes the acceptance letters instant by the time I get it. That would make life easier from what I have been hearing.
