Rotational Players - How long does it take you to rotate through every sim?

It depends on how many played households are in a given save and whether I get absorbed in the story of a particular household. Which often happens.

1-3 months is about right when I'm actively playing my rotational San Myshuno save. About 12 households, about 1 sim-week per rotation.

But I've been playing mostly other saves since March or so: a couple of short stories inspired by scenarios, something that might become a challenge soon, and my plantsim save where very little happens except for going in the sun and going in the water.

I have 5 full different timeline game saves to go through, so I'm hardly ever bored with my Sims 4.

I don’t have a set time for rotations, I play what household I want when I want for as long as I want. I usually have aging turned off most of the time.

I play over 30 households in my rotation, but it's irregular and I dare say it might take me a year to play every sim I consider "played". But like said the amount how long I play them and how I rotate is irregular so... it's really hard to estimate.

edit: I suppose I could have also said I don't rotate really as I also change who is "played", drop into families randomly etc.

Wait, months? I have some days or hours. I rotate whenever I feel like.

1-3 days per household, around 5 households in each save...so about 15 sim days to fully rotate.

I used to play only 1 simday per household, then it took 4-6 months to get through it all. Now I play 2-5 simdays per house and have more households, so I guess 2 years to get through a full rotation. It will equal to about 3 sim years, aging wise.

I am at over 20 households now and don t play every day so 3 to 4 months is the shortest I could possibly do a full rotation.

I have ~10 households atm. This rotation started on January this year, just about to start the rotation again. I usually play 1-2 sim weeks per household, but sometimes turn aging off and play longer. Also been building quite a lot during this rotation so that might have made it a bit longer.
