I thought it was somewhere in newcrest, you can see the modern apartment building in the background as well as lots of pine trees, yet they are absent from the picture you posted. Also just after this shot in the trailer, you see more tall city buildings.
But Newcrest does use the same structure as WC so that’s probably why it looks so similar.
