All that into was to say, I edit those 2 households to allow they have biological children (I know I have MCCC for story progression, but prefer no enable same sex try for baby)
I love the options! It gives me the freedom to let my sims love whomever they choose when doing a legacy challenge that needs biological babies! So glad they added the option(s). My sims can be whomever I make them to be because I have the freedom to do it :) Its great.
