You have gotten the "Groundhog day" bug. The game is unable to save all your progress and when you load the game again it loads parts of your old progress.

It seems to be related to how the game is saving outfit data. And the worst part is that it seems to be very difficult to get rid of once you have it in your save. Make a backup of your old saves and if you are using mods, make sure that they are up to date.
