Yes, this feature would be a HUGE help. It doesn't make sense to not have such a feature to save outfits, and perhaps indicate which parts are considered the "outfit". You know most people set up certain outfits on many sims instead of making sure outfits only get used once. Surprised it's not yet in the game.
