Scholarship amounts (mainly location based)

It doesn't matter where you sim lives, but the number of skills they have will determine the scholarships given and amount. Also if you are playing a teen, their grades will also play a part. I do know that if your sim lives in Britechester there is a scholarship for living in that town, but so far none of my sims who have lived there have always been turned down with this one, not sure why.
