Scramble first order traffic monitoring system - what level programming?

I'm not sure what the actual level needed is. I got zapped twice and have a high level programmer, somewhere between 8 and 10, I can't quite remember. Worked the third time I went back. Perhaps you need a droid. They can help hack into things and also can zap Stormtroopers or First Order officers who discover you.

May have to consider that - was using other tactics to distract Stormtroopers. Didn't occur to me they could hack for me. Thanks.

Hopefully not far to go then. Mine is a level 6 and has repeatedly gotten zapped! I'll get her up a level.

I did that mission at level 2 programming. My Sim Hatched A Plan with another resistance member before I tried it. I don't know if that made the difference or it was just luck.

I am also having this issue. Maxed logic and programming, does not give the option to analyze the panel first, zaps me every time. Tried with droid, too, no difference. Have tried over 10 times.... very frustrating.

I was having trouble with it, but she eventually achieved it.

My sim:
Handiness: 5
Programming: 6
Logic: 0 (I need to give her some logic)

I had her upgrade her droid and it did the scramble protocol. It scrambled the tower, but it did not register on the mission board.
I sent her back to the Resistance territory and then sent her back to the First Order territory. I let her stand where she arrived and I clicked on the tower and selected the scramble option. She ran to the tower and scrambled it, no problem.

I sent her back to the X-wing and she finished the mission.

I found where you have to go for the Forest Fight Scramble first order. It is the tower in First Order quarters with the flags or coverings, I had to get my programming up to level 10 in order for it to work.

I was playing that with my self sim who has programming level 10 and he still did not succeed every time so there is a random chance to it.
